These are designed for walls at a particular location and facing in any direction. They are also corrected for longitude. 

Special inscriptions can be included at a modest extra charge. 
 

They are available in brass 
[ref CWS] or bronze [ref CWZ]. 

An "equation of time" plate is 
provided with this dial which can be fixed to the wall below the dial.

Please note that the direct south dials are only suitable for walls facing true south.

The time as shown on a sundial is sometimes slow and at other times fast relative to the clock.  The EoT plate is etched with a curve which enables one to read off the correction required to bring the dial time to clock time.
